This place suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi, air conditioning, and a fitness center. The staff once gave me great local taxi tips, and their kindness keeps me coming back. I can’t wait for my Christmas stay!

The tv and refrigerator in the room provided some handy amenities for a traveler.
Finding the hotel wasn't easy. The access is off a different street than expected, which can throw you off a bit. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, limited to just a waffle maker and a couple of small muffins, with no water or juice provided. The elevator appeared a bit sketchy, leaving me to wonder about its reliability during my stay.

The hotel has excellent breakfast options and a friendly atmosphere, although check-in was a bit slow and parking could be challenging. Some areas, like the ice bucket lid and cleanliness behind the headboard, still need attention.

Had an awesome time with friends! We hit up Burgess Falls State Park for some hiking and checked out Cumberland Caverns for a fun experience. The staff were super friendly and the room was clean, so everything felt great. Definitely a solid choice for a group getaway!
The hot breakfast was a bit of a letdown. we were expecting more than just waffles, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The warm welcome from the night manager stood out, contributing to a pleasant arrival experience. However, the hot breakfast was quite lacking, consisting mainly of waffles without options like eggs or meat. Additionally, the parking situation felt a bit limited and sketchy. Overall, the value for the price was decent, but some improvements in amenities would enhance the experience significantly.

The room was clean and mostly updated, which was a pleasant surprise. The bed was comfortable enough, didn’t feel like a luxury stay but it was decent for sleeping. I liked the friendly service from the night manager. she made checking in smooth. The only downside was the limited breakfast options—just some waffles and no eggs or meat. But the location was super convenient for where I needed to go.
